Job Summary
Develop clinical judgment to rapidly recognize changes in patient conditions and cultivate communication skills to engage colleagues and support patients. Participate in cohort experiences designed for peer socialization and strengthen professional commitment through blended learning and precepted orientation. Learn didactic content tailored to new graduates from professional nursing organizations while developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to improve quality and safety at the point of care. The 12-month program begins February or March 2027 and offers opportunities in Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac Progressive Care, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Cardiovascular Operating Room, and Women's Services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Current license in the state of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC multistate Registered Nurse license
- BLS CPR certification
