RN Residency Spring 2027 - Piedmont Athens

Develop clinical judgment to rapidly recognize changes in patient conditions and urgency while cultivating communication skills for colleague and patient engagement. Participate in cohort experiences designed to promote peer socialization and strengthen professional commitment through precepted orientation and blended learning. Apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. The 12-month program begins February 2027 for new graduates with a Georgia RN license and BLS certification, offering opportunities in Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency, and Women's Services.
