RN Residency Spring 2027 - Acute Care

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, rapidly recognizing changes in patient condition and clinical urgency. Cultivate communication skills to engage colleagues and support patients while coordinating care activities for assigned staff within organizational policies. Develop clinical judgment through precepted orientation and blended learning experiences tailored for new graduates. Participate in cohort activities designed to promote peer socialization and professional commitment. The 12-month program begins March 2027, offering rotations in Post-Surgical/GI, Neurology, Orthopedics, Renal, Oncology, and General Medical.
