Job Summary
Engage in didactic learning, state-of-the-art simulations, and training with a dedicated preceptor during a structured 12-month program designed for licensed Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience. Participate in 14-24 weeks of orientation alongside quarterly seminars and mentorship from Nurse Managers and Coordinators across Medical Surgical, Emergency, Critical Care, and Women & Children's Services departments. The Summer 2027 cohort begins July 12, 2027, with available start dates extending through August 9, 2027. This comprehensive transition program, accredited by ANCC, supports new graduates in their professional practice at Northeast Georgia Health System's five hospital campuses.
