Job Summary
RN Residency Program for September 2026 cohort in Nashua, NH. A 12-month transition-to-practice designed to develop new graduate nurses through Education, Mentorship, Leadership, and Preceptor experiences. The program blends didactic and simulation-based learning with precepted clinical experiences to prepare nurses for advanced specialty roles and certification. Participants will join an interprofessional team, engage in shared governance, pursue specialty certification or further education, and have opportunities for clinical advancement after completing the Residency. Graduates must be eligible for or hold RN licensure in NH and have completed an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). The role emphasizes autonomous nursing practice within a Magnet-designated hospital environment and supports ongoing professional development and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or eligible
- RN Residency Program participation for new graduates (12-month transition to practice)
- Ability to participate in full-time residency (36 hours/week) and attend scheduled shared learning sessions
- Completion of required certifications and education prerequisites as applicable to residency track
