Job Summary
Develop clinical judgment to rapidly recognize changes in patient conditions while cultivating communication skills to engage colleagues and support patients. Participate in cohort experiences designed to promote peer socialization and strengthen professional commitment through precepted orientation and blended learning. Apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from birth through the lifecycle within the organization's policies. The 12-month program begins October 2026, offering opportunities in Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Women's Services, and Cardiovascular units. Residents gain access to dedicated preceptors, professional didactic content, and total wellness programs including coaching and financial planning.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable
