Job Summary
St. Mary's Healthcare is seeking newly licensed Registered Nurses for a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program focused on Emergency Department care. Responsibilities include providing safe, competent patient care, conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and effective communication with patients and healthcare teams. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, a nursing diploma from an accredited institution, and obtain BLS certification within three months of hiring. This position requires critical thinking, multitasking abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing
- Completed diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
