Job Summary
Provide RN care in a 30-bed Renal Transplant PCU, delivering patient-centered care, performing assessments, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families about conditions and treatment plans; collaborate with medical providers and care team to ensure positive clinical outcomes; requires ACLS and BLS within specified timeframes; BSN required with enrollment/completion timelines; minimum 1 year acute care RN experience; night shift 7P-7A; sign-on bonus up to $20k.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree; BSN required with 12 month enrollment and 24 month completion
- Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience
- PCU experience preferred
- ACLS within 6 months of employment start date
- BLS within 30 days of employment start date
