Job Summary
Quality Assurance Nurse to support multiple skilled nursing facilities with chart audits, QA reviews, and regulatory documentation checks. Role focuses on audits, coaching, and keeping facilities survey-ready; supports state and mock surveys, plans of correction and performance improvement, identifies documentation gaps, educates facility teams on compliance, tracks QA metrics, and collaborates with regional leadership on quality goals. Preferred candidates located in Iowa, Nebraska, or Kansas. Requires active RN license and experience in long-term care/regulatory QA; travel to facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Strong background in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Knowledge of survey processes, regulations, and QA standards
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel to facilities as needed
