RN relaxed pace Supervisory Visits

Conduct quality assurance reviews and assist in implementing corrective actions to ensure operations meet regulatory and contractual compliance. Provide technical assistance to operations during quality improvement efforts and in response to external entity reviews. Identify areas of improvement systematically and investigate critical incidents to develop and deploy action plans with leadership. Monitor satisfaction surveys and direct patient care in skilled nursing capacities as needed. Coordinate and implement quality assurance initiatives and training programs to support high-quality service delivery. This role may be full-time or part-time, reporting to the Director of Nursing.
