RN provides direct nursing care to residents and clients under the Nurse Manager, including assessing medical/nursing needs, coordinating treatment, and traveling to Richland and Lexington County locations. Responsibilities include professional nursing care per facility policies, assisting Clinical Management, acting as charge nurse in the Nurse Manager’s absence, administering medications and treatments, coordinating follow-ups, escorting clients to appointments, providing monthly foot and nail care, taking vitals, maintaining medical files and donations, reporting discrepancies, ensuring adequate supplies, collaborating with Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Dietician, and Physicians, managing admissions/transfers/discharges for continuity of care, promoting effective relationships with clinical and operational staff, attending clinical health care committee meetings, performing related duties, and maintaining driving privileges with Babcock Center.
