Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate rehabilitation nursing care to patients in an inpatient setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand unique needs to facilitate rehabilitation, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, support complex patient needs, celebrate patient milestones, and contribute to a high-quality post-acute rehabilitation program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
