Deliver evidence-based nursing care to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic conditions, and other major illnesses. Complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehab team. Provide patient and family education, support safe transitions of care, and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and documentation in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
