Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery, while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients. This Registered Nurse role is part of Encompass Health, a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 nationwide locations and a team of 36,000 individuals. Valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of rehabilitation hospital experience are preferred.
