Job Summary
RN | Rehab Unit in McCalla, AL. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team; administer medications and treatments with monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies; maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Proficient use of electronic health records (EHR) is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are essential to support safe, high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
