Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, coordinating discharge planning, and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, applying evidence-based practice to age-specific and clinical needs. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders while maintaining constant alertness and safe nursing standards. Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting patients and operating machinery, while utilizing ANA Code of Ethics to guide responses to evolving health needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
