RN Rehab PRN Nights

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the rehab unit using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, and monitor for side effects while documenting findings accurately. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, assist during procedures, and respond to medical emergencies including CPR and code team activities. Provide patient and family education on conditions and post-discharge care, implement infection control protocols, and operate medical equipment as needed. Participate in audits, chart reviews, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to standards and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain regular attendance and comply with all policies.
