Job Summary
RN in a Rehab Hospital setting providing nursing care via the nursing process, coordinating patient care with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact license, with BLS (and possibly ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM) certifications as required by unit. Education must include an Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN. Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for shifts, and perform duties with attention to Mercy's mission and service standards. Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/BLS/PALS/PEARS/C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as required
