Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, coordinating, and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care and carry out physician and nursing orders. Manage discharge planning needs and apply evidence-based practice to deliver age-specific nursing care aligned with department scope. Demonstrate professional standards using the ANA Code of Ethics to address evolving patient population needs. Maintain constant alertness and safe work practices while performing other assigned duties. No experience required; full-time day shift rotation with no call required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
