RN First Assist providing perioperative nursing care in the operating room across multiple surgical specialties (general, gynecologic, urologic, robotic, orthopedic, and neurosurgery) with CNOR/RN-First Assistant certification preferred; supports seamless coordination of patient care with a focus on safety, professional accountability, and Mercy Service Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1-year perioperative nursing experience
