RN - Registered Nurse - Woodland - PT - Evening Shift

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents using the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, families, and residents to coordinate care, manage health maintenance, and execute various nursing interventions. Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe administration of care and resolving service concerns. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires a licensed RN in Minnesota with an unencumbered license; part-time evening shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays.
