RN - Registered Nurse - Woodland - PT - Evening Shift

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement health maintenance and treatment plans for all phases of resident care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, and families to plan and evaluate care while delegating appropriate tasks to assistive personnel within the full scope of nursing expertise. Practice within state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, serving as charge nurse when assigned to manage resident care needs and resolve service concerns.
