RN - Registered Nurse - Woodland - PT - Evening Shift

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents in preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment phases. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, residents, and families to coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education. Manage delegation of tasks to assistive personnel within the full scope of nursing expertise and ensure safe administration of care. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards.
