RN - Registered Nurse - Woodland - PT - Evening Shift

Conduct individualized nursing care for residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, families, and residents to coordinate care, manage health maintenance, and deliver education. Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within the scope of their competence while ensuring safe administration of care. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain required department competencies and certifications as an unencumbered Minnesota RN. Work evening shifts from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, every other weekend, and rotating holidays at this 42-bed facility in Brainerd, MN.
