RN - Registered Nurse - Woodland - PRN - Various Shifts

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care while managing preventative health, diagnosis, and treatment phases. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education alongside other nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of competence. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Work a PRN schedule with variable shifts, including mandatory weekend and holiday rotations, earning additional incentives for evening hours and weekend coverage.
