Job Summary
Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor leads nursing staff during 8-hour weekend night shifts, ensures clinical quality and resident safety, maintains compliance with facility/state/federal regulations, and serves as key decision-maker for resident/staff needs. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, supporting clinical decisions, documenting and communicating across shifts, monitoring resident conditions and initiating interventions, promoting teamwork, integrity, and safety, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Must hold an Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and a nursing degree, with at least one year of RN experience (preferably in long-term care).
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license
- CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in long-term care
