Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse delivering quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans as conditions change, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Requires active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s). One year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Location: Salida, Colorado. Sign-on bonus up to $3,500 for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
