Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents by conducting initial and ongoing assessments of their physical and emotional needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor changes in resident conditions. Maintain accurate and timely records of care and progress while collaborating with therapy and dietary departments. Requires current Pennsylvania RN licensure and prior long-term care experience. Located in York, Pennsylvania, this role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in long term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
