Job Summary
Oversee daily nursing unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, while developing care plans that meet unique patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, maintain accurate patient records, and drive continuous improvement through quality initiatives. Provide leadership to registered nurses, manage budgets for fiscal responsibility, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. This Mon-Friday 9am-5pm role at Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in The Bronx requires a licensed RN with prior leadership experience to deliver exceptional care and support patient recovery.
Required Qualifications
- RN degree or equivalent
- Current New York State RN licensure
- Prior experience as a registered nurse
