Job Summary
Lead nursing unit operations and provide exceptional patient care as RN Unit Manager. Manage daily nursing unit activities, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, mentor and guide nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance and company policies, participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license
- Experience as a registered nurse with leadership or management experience preferred
