Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed. Monitor and record vital signs, provide wound care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery. Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse Assistants in delivering quality care to aging residents. Fulltime position with weekly pay and premium pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
