RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care on the 6North telemetry unit by implementing and monitoring patient care plans, interpreting rhythms, analyzing lab values, and administering medications. Coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team and serve as the primary liaison for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care. Assess patients, manage IVs, perform wound care, and educate patients and families while communicating patient conditions to providers. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in accordance with established protocols. Full-time roles available in days or nights with 12-hour shifts; eligible for up to $20,000 bonus.
