RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Conduct direct nursing care on the 18-bed telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms, interpreting lab values, and administering medications per established protocols. Serve as the primary coordinator for patient care plans, communicate patient conditions to providers, and execute physician and nursing orders. Manage IV therapy, perform wound care, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team. Detect medical or cardiovascular issues to prevent emergent situations using advanced telemetry support.
