RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, coordinating discharge planning, and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, including rhythm interpretations, lab value analyses, wound care, IV management, and medication administration. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. This 18-bed telemetry unit specializes in monitoring patients with cardiovascular issues, utilizing advanced technology to detect medical problems and prevent emergent situations.
