RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care on the 6North telemetry unit by implementing and monitoring patient care plans while assessing, interpreting rhythms, and analyzing lab values. Coordinate all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, carry out physician and nursing orders, and manage IVs, medications, wound care, and patient education. Serve as the primary coordinator of discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Detect medical or cardiovascular issues and communicate patient conditions to prevent emergent situations. Full-time days or nights shifts available; BLS certification and Alabama RN licensure required.
