RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, coordinating discharge planning, and communicating patient conditions. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, manage IVs and medications, and perform wound care. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Interpret rhythms, analyze lab values, and educate patients and families. Detect medical or cardiovascular issues using advanced telemetry monitoring to prevent emergent situations.
