RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, coordinating discharge planning, and communicating patient conditions as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, including rhythm interpretations, lab value analyses, patient and family education, wound care, IV management, and medication administration. Detect medical or cardiovascular issues and discover interventions to prevent emergent situations on the 18-bed telemetry unit.
