RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Conduct direct nursing care on the 6North telemetry unit, implementing and monitoring patient care plans while assessing, interpreting rhythms, and analyzing lab values. Coordinate all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, carry out physician and nursing orders, manage IV therapy and wound care, and administer medications. Serve as a primary coordinator of discharge planning needs with the healthcare team, providing patient and family education to prevent emergent situations. This 18-bed unit specializes in monitoring patients with cardiovascular diagnoses.
