RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, coordinating discharge planning, and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, including assessments, rhythm interpretations, lab value analyses, patient and family education, wound care, IV management, and medication administration. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Work on a 6North private 18-bed telemetry unit specializing in cardiovascular monitoring, with full-time day or night shifts available at UAB St. Vincent's East.
