RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Conduct direct nursing care on a 18-bed telemetry unit, implementing and monitoring patient care plans while assessing rhythms, analyzing lab values, and managing IVs, medications, and wound care. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care and communicate patient conditions to providers. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Detect medical or cardiovascular issues to prevent emergent situations using advanced telemetry support.
