RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Conduct direct nursing care on a 18-bed telemetry unit by implementing and monitoring patient care plans, interpreting rhythms, analyzing lab values, and administering medications. Coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team while serving as the primary liaison for all disciplines. Perform assessments, educate patients and families, manage IVs and wounds, and communicate patient conditions to providers. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in accordance with established protocols. This 6North unit specializes in detecting medical and cardiovascular issues to prevent emergent situations. Nurses develop skills using advanced telemetry support to deliver the highest level of care.
