RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Conduct direct nursing care on the 6North telemetry unit by administering medications, managing IVs, performing wound care, and interpreting cardiac rhythms. Monitor and record patient conditions, analyze lab values, and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care while communicating with providers. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in accordance with established protocols. Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families.
