RN - Registered Nurse -Telemetry Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Perform assessments, rhythm interpretations, lab value analyses, patient and family education, wound care, IV management, and medication administration. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Work full-time days or nights in three 12-hour shifts on the 18-bed telemetry unit specializing in cardiovascular and medical monitoring.
