Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions in the Surgical Short Stay unit. Collaborate with colleagues and physicians to implement and evaluate care plans while providing empathetic support during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and adapt to a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and time management skills.
