RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Services Coordinator

Coordinate surgical services activities and tasks supporting patient care for the assigned neuro/spine service line. Maintain surgeon preference cards, manage vendor relationships, and oversee shift operations including scheduling and resource allocation. Assign, monitor, and review progress of work while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Serve as a technical resource for staff, evaluate orientation and training of associates, and participate in staff performance reviews. Oversee utilization and maintenance of supplies, instruments, and equipment. Requires current Alabama RN licensure, BLS certification, and minimum two years of related experience. Full-time days (6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri) at UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham.
