RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Rehab

Provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate on an 18-bed surgical rehab unit. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care, while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Full-time night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. are required. Candidates must hold current Alabama RN licensure and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
