RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Rehab

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, and carry out physician and nursing orders. Work full-time nights (7p to 7a) on the 18-bed 4 Surgical unit, which specializes in orthopedic, bariatric, and neurosurgical procedures. Requires current Alabama RN licensure and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
