RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Rehab

Provide direct nursing care on the 18-bed 4 Surgical unit for patients undergoing orthopedic, bariatric, and neurosurgical procedures. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitoring and recording patient conditions as appropriate. Full-time night shift coverage from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
