Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions for surgical and orthopedic patients. Collaborate with colleagues and physicians to implement and evaluate care plans while providing empathetic support during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and adapt to a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and time management skills. Work full-time, 36 hours weekly, in 12-hour varied shifts at the Marsh East Wing facility in Marshfield, WI. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be available for varied shifts
- Full time employment
- Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
