RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit for post-operative and critically ill surgical patients. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate while carrying out physician and nursing orders. Deliver continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring support in a team-oriented environment.
